My name is Dan McGonagle and I want to be your trusted Real Estate Agent Partner.

Dan was born and educated in Portland, Maine. He received his degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine. He worked for his father Ed, a Real Estate Broker, as a Real Estate associate to pay for college expenses. He served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps and received an Honorable Discharge.  He has served in the capacity of Project Leader to Project Manager for client companies including the Bechtel Power Corporation, Sperry Univac, Honeywell, the U.S. Air Force and NBC. Dan has over 25 years of corporate consulting experience with companies such as CalFed, 1st Nationwide, Georgia Federal Bank, American Savings and Home Savings of America installing software packages from Dunn&Bradstreet,  Savings and Loan applications. Dan is very knowledgeable with Mortgage Banking, Loan Origination, Real Estate Operations and the All Banking System. Dan has been associated with Real Estate in some form or another for over 20 years from family, his father, two uncles and most recently his daughter Colleen, he holds a Department of Real Estate Sales License #01355799 with the State of California. In his spare time, he serves as the web master for several Real Estate websites.

Throughout Dan's career, his main focus has been one project at a time. He has maintained this culture even today, one project, one completed project, one successful project at a time. Dan gives 100% and then some in order to achieve the best possible results. Dan is a people person, he listens, understands, he's compassionate, friendly, sometimes witty and just loves to talk and is willing to go the extra mile, no questions asked.

Dan moved to Dublin in 1986 with his family from New York and has been there ever since with Vicki his wife of 35 years, son Sean and daughters Kelly and Colleen. His children all attended Dublin schools, attended St. Raymond's Church, and participated in local sport programs, soccer, baseball and basketball. Dan's children have all graduated from college, Sean from UCLA, Kelly from San Diego State and Colleen from UC Santa Barbara/Hayward State who is currently a Realtor@.
